How do I register on Machinery and Tractor?

Follow these simple steps to create your account and join our community of passionate collectors and bidders:

  1. Visit the Homepage: Click on “My Account” in the top navigation menu.
  2. Complete the Registration Form: Fill in the required fields with accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Submit Your Details: Review the information you've entered, then click “Register” to create your account.
  4. You're In! Your registration is now complete. Welcome to Machinery and Tractor — explore, bid, and discover extraordinary finds.

How to Bid

  1. Create and Log In to Your Account: Before placing a bid, you must be a registered user. Use the “My Account” menu to log in or register.
  2. Browse Available Equipment: Explore our curated selection from any device. For best experience, use a desktop. Listings include high-quality images and detailed descriptions.
  3. Place Your Bid: Place bids only on Equipment you intend to purchase. New users are usually limited to one Equipment at a time. If outbid, you’ll receive an email notification.
  4. Important: Submitting multiple rapid bids may result in automatic removal. Repeated misuse may lead to account suspension. All bids are binding offers—please bid responsibly.
  5. Winning the Auction: If your bid is the highest and accepted, congratulations! Your bid is legally binding—bid with clarity.
  6. Sign the Purchase Agreement: You'll receive a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Once signed and returned, your invoice will be issued.
  7. Complete Payment via Bank Wire Transfer: Payment must be made within 36 hours via wire transfer. Email us your payment proof to start the delivery process.

Bid Winner

Upon successfully winning an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with the High “Bid” or “Buy Now” account. This email will contain the invoice and detailed instructions to complete the purchase, including the necessary steps for making the payment via wire transfer. It’s important to note that the invoice will provide specific payment instructions.

In case the email is not immediately visible in your inbox, please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder to ensure that the notification is not overlooked. We strive to ensure the delivery of these important communications and encourage recipients to monitor their email folders accordingly.

Please be advised that payment for the Equipment and all associated assets can only be made through Bank Wire Transfer.

Machinery and Tractor does not accept any other form of payment, including Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or Equipment trade-ins.

Making a bank wire transfer involves the following steps:

1. Contact your bank: Begin by contacting your bank either in person, over the phone, or through online banking to initiate the wire transfer process.

2. Provide recipient details: You will need to provide the recipient’s name, account number, and the bank’s name and address. In this case, you will need the details provided in the invoice received after winning the auction.
3. Verify fees and exchange rates: Your bank will inform you about any fees associated with the wire transfer, as well as the exchange rate if the transfer involves a different currency.

4. Initiate the transfer: Once you have provided all the necessary recipient details and verified the fees, instruct your bank to initiate the wire transfer.

Regarding the email notification, it’s important to check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox, as it may have been filtered there. This will help ensure that you receive and review all the necessary details and instructions for completing the purchase.

After completing the bank wire transfer, kindly upload the payment confirmation receipt as specified on the invoice.

For international customers, it’s important to note that intermediary banks involved in the wire transfer process may impose additional processing fees. These fees are separate from the charges levied by the originating bank and will be deducted from the wire transfer amount. When making the payment, please consider these additional fees and ensure that the total amount sent covers all associated charges.

All “Bids” or “Buy Now” are considered final, meaning that if your “Bid” or “Buy Now” is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase. It’s crucial to ensure that you are fully committed to purchasing the Equipment before placing an “Bid” or “Buy Now”. If you have any doubts about proceeding with the purchase, we advise refraining from placing an “Bid” or “Buy Now” to avoid any potential issues.

Payment Process

All assets are insured during transportation to provide you with peace of mind and protection throughout the delivery process.

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the location. Typically, the maximum delivery time frame within the US is 14 days, while it’s 22 days for Canada. To offer added convenience, we provide free delivery for the first 1,000 miles. However, a charge of $0.70 per mile will apply after the first 1,000 miles, regardless of the type and size of the asset.

Shipping Fees

The delivery timeline may vary based on the destination. The maximum delivery period within the US is 14 days, and 22 days for deliveries to Canada. We offer complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile will be applied, regardless of the asset type or size.

Warranty and Peace of mind:

You can have peace of mind when bidding with Machinery and Tractor, as your new Equipment is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty/100 hours (from the time you take possession) and 14-Days reject or refund policy.

The three types of coverage are:
– 6 months from the Equipment purchase date or when your Equipment when the machine has been operated for 100 hours
– 6 months for other assets, from the asset’s purchase date
– 14-Days reject or refund policy

Under the Limited Warranty, we cover repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:

– Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (all imperfections are shown on the asset’s gallery page)

Please note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty/100 hours cannot be transferred to someone else. Additionally, the warranty may be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please contact us.

Money-Back Guarantee

At Machinery and Tractor, we provide a 30-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee for all our customers and a 5-day Inspection Period along with a Full Warranty provided by our Company.

You are allowed to operated and inspect the machine during 5 days and make sure that it meets your expectations and is in the condition described on our website. If you decline the machine, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and shipped back at our expense and we will initiate the refund process to your account within 24 hours.

Please remember that every Equipment listed on our website has undergone thorough verification and inspection.

Paperwork Process

Upon verification of the payment, we will proceed to notarize the documents at our Public Notary. The product will be delivered along with all relevant documents and the keys.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

Can I Visit?

We operate exclusively online and do not offer in-person visits at this time.

No, we only do online transactions at the moment.

We do not have a showroom available and the number of employees does not allow us to perform transactions within the warehouse.

ID Requirements

Your ID data is required to verify your identity and issue invoices.

*You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

After the Auction

All participants are notified with final results. To proceed, go to the product and click “Confirm Your Details” to enter billing details. Your order will appear in your account.

Order Pickup

As soon as the documents are prepared, it will go into the READY FOR PICKUP status. The time required for the product to be delivered varies between 2 and 10 days after payment, depending on its location and the speed of preparation of the documents by the supplier.

Order Cancellation

No. The user does not have the right to withdraw their bid for the product after the auction has ended. Once the bid is made, the user is legally bound.

If the user refuses to pay for the won product, a penalty will be imposed on him and his account will be blocked. This user will no longer have the right to participate in further auctions. The account can be reactivated only at the discretion of Machinery and Tractor and only after the user who violated the agreement has paid all penalties.

Penalties are assessed at 2% of the product's price.
